Uli has a wealth of experience across multiple projects at every scale from retail to residential to business. He worked as lead project architect/art director at Peter Marino Architect where he led new concept development & execution for brands like Louis Vuitton, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Celine. This led to ongoing relationships with high-profile clients like Calvin Klein, where he subsequently created large scale international re-designs and updates for retail concepts.

 

Uli knows how a given space can be used as a powerful brand marketing tool as well as a revenue generator for retail. Working for Shelton-Mindel in residential design helped him understand how comfortable, accessible luxury are essential qualities for better living.

 

Uli designed multiple award-winning luxury residences in New York City, and led the 3d-design department focussed on developing bathroom fixtures for Waterworks and Nessen lighting. Additional experience in Italy working with both Piero Lissoni and Patricia Urquiola helped develop his unique contemporary approach to design. Having worked on projects in the US, Europe and Asia, and being a European based in the US, Uli has a clear understanding of the subtle but distinct cultural differences between these markets.
