Uli Wagner Design Lab is a full-suite interior and product design studio conceptualizing retail, commercial, hospitality, and residential environments from start to finish. From multifaceted shopping hubs to elegant office spaces, we approach each project at eye level––bringing a deep understanding of how humans interact with their built environment into every design decision. Through purposeful layouts and considerate proportions, our projects strike a delicate balance between practicality and ceremony, making spaces and products that are both functional and experiential. When tasked with bringing a feeling or brand message to the tangible world, we create grounded, immersive environments that evoke emotion and beckon a visual journey. 

Founded in 2011 by Uli Wagner––an accomplished designer with decades of architecture and product design expertise––we take a strategic approach with each project, developing intelligent, transparent plans that remain consistent from concept to installation. Communication is essential to our process, and we value dialogue with clients to turn design briefs into reality.
