GERLIN FOYERS COLOGNE

Uli Wagner Design Lab was commissioned by a German Real Estate company AG Proximus to update the lobbies in two neighboring buildings of the landmarked Gerling Quarter in Cologne, Germany. The design had to attract a new clientele of tenants such as young, thriving creative businesses. Simultaneously, the owner wished to re-brand the buildings with new names and logos. Working on a budget, UWDL combined some of the original materials with new elements, like a dark green marble floor, heightened ceiling elevations, new wall graphics, furniture, HVAC and lighting.
