FLAT IRON LOFT

Uli Wagner Design Lab recently completed the design for a 4100 square foot loft renovation for a young family in the Flatiron district of New York City. The design was based around the needs of the family from a cozy family room, to a large entertaining space, entryway, library, chefs kitchen, and 3 bedrooms in an open and contemporary layout. Uli Wagner Design Lab also proposed a new furniture lighting and furniture design, using rich, sensuous materials and multiple built-ins for all the family’s needs.
