FALAI RESTAURANT

Uli Wagner design Lab designed chef Iacopo Falai's first Restaurant in NY in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Falai is known as a pastry chef, so the design used elements of a 'Pasticeria'. Together with Christian Dierig, UWDL developed the branding including a logomark made of mosaic in the signature white floor.
