Uli Wagner Design Lab teamed up with Lanvin and its new creative director Bruno Sialelli to develop a fast-track store concept in Soho, New York, that had to be ready for NY Fashion Week Spring 2020. Uli coordinated the execution on a tight time schedule, working with the Paris team to manage scope and control the budget. A big challenge was obtaining the permits for the construction of a structurally intricate and unique ramp. With expertise in store layout, merchandising and lighting, Uli Wagner Design Lab was a key contributor to the final store design.
